Adopt a Family for the Holidays

 

You help us serve with heart. Through the years, generous individuals, local businesses, and community partners have “adopted” families for the holidays, providing gifts for children and their household. Please join us in making their holidays bright!

How to get involved

If you’d like to participate, helping a family is easy—either option below will help to support our adopted families and program. Please note that due to the popularity of this program, space is limited!

Option 1:
Sign up to shop for a family’s wish list

1. Submit our online donor application to share information about yourself or your organization, along with family size preferences. We will use this information to match you with a family in our community.

2. Because space in our program is limited, family matches will be made in the order requests are received. By early October, you will receive an email from DesertMissionEvents@HonorHealth.com with information about your family and their “Wish List” or a note that you have been put on our donor waiting list. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible!

3. After your shopping fun, please wrap and tag gifts for each child before preparing to drop them off at our Desert Mission program location. Gift drop-off will take place over Friday, December 11 – Saturday, December 12. Your listed main contact will receive specific details and instructions.

Volunteer with us

Our live program will run from Friday, December 11- Sunday, December 13. Please contact us to be added to our volunteer interest list. Sign-up coming soon!
